Eyes: Light brown eyes that look like honey in the light. Height: She is tall for a woman at 5ft 10inches. With combat boots, she can easily reach 5ft 11inches or even 5ft 12inches. Physique: She is athletic and toned, with fitness being an essential part of her job. She had some muscle definition, but she is continuously working on it. Clothing: When Amber isn't in uniform, she usually wears tank tops, t-shirts, and combat trousers. Amber's Color Palette Psychology Amber is a confident and competitive person by nature. She strives to be the best at everything she does and doesn't let the fact that she is a woman hold her back. In fact, she tries harder because of that being in a male-dominated career. She's friendly and likes to work hard and play hard. On her weekends off, she will go to the bars with her colleagues, drink, play pool and gamble. She's young and carefree and enjoys an adrenaline rush. She's not the best team player and has had issues listening to authority in the past, so she's done her fair share of punishments. However, her keen marksmanship and ability with a gun have saved her from being fired so far but stopped her from being promoted past Marshall. But she has her sights on higher aspirations to get off of patrol and onto more exciting things in Ox Corp. History Amber Adkins is the only child of Samual Adkins. Her parents were together for a short period of time when she was conceived and, despite not staying together, maintained a relatively friendly relationship and co-parented till about the age of 3. That all changed when Amber was dropped at her father's house for his access one weekend, and her mother never returned. As of today, her mother is still considered a missing person and with no leads in the investigation. Despite the tragedy surrounding her mother's disappearance, Amber grew up relatively happy and well cared for. Her father had grown up with brothers and had never had any sisters, and it showed in the way he raised her. He would take her camping, fishing, and hiking, and their favourite pastime was hunting, where he taught her how to shoot, and she developed a love for guns. Amber was a pretty average student in school but excelled in athletics. So it was only natural that when she left school, she pursued a career that incorporated her strengths. She signed up to work for Ox Corp on the day she got her school results. She went straight to Bootcamp. She would have passed with flying colours if it wasn't for her insubordination write-ups on her record. Still, she was eager to get boots on the ground and get to work. Unfortunately, Ox Corp wasn't the adrenaline rush she thought it would be. Her days consisted of training or foot patrols which were as dull as watching paint dry. The same streets day in and day out with no immortals to be seen. Newer recruits rarely ventured out of the city until they earned their stripes or had a large mission going on. There hadn't been one of them since the building had been attacked, and  Amber had even missed that as she was only in BootCamp at the time. With the vast losses after that battle, many wardens were quickly promoted to fill in the vacant spots, which probably explained how someone with so many write-ups even got promoted to Marshall in the first place. Still, she hoped that if she did well and got promoted again to Officer, she could finally get some excitement in her life. But fortune favours the bold and when an opportunity arose to finally get some action, she jumped at it before realising the full implications. Word Count:
