Ox Corp Ranking System

If you are creating an Ox Corp character who is a solider or scientist within the company please give them one of the following roles below. There are other jobs within the company, secretaries, cooks, cleaners. HR, accounting etc but they do not require a rank. If you have any questions please contact Cashan.

Cadet - for those who are still in Boot Camp and training, they are not yet permanently employed by Ox Corp.

Warden - The successful Boot Camp candidates enter the company at the Warden rank and get put on general duties such as city patrol.

Marshall - The first promotion within the company, little changes in terms of duties but there is a small increase in pay and better hours.

Third Officer - 3rd Officers oversee the training of cadets and participate in larger more elaborate missions.

Second Officer - 2nd Officers oversee the Warden and Marshall's duties and assist the 1st officers.

First Officer - 1st Officers assist the Technical or Executive Officers and act as their second in command on missions.

Technical Officer - The leading officer in the Research and Development section of Ox Corp. This position is currently held by Mallory Marshall.

Executive Officer - The leading officer in the Military and Personal section of Ox Corp. This position is currently held by Dalinar Ellendale.

Assistant Commanding Officer (ACO) - Assitant Director of the company

Commanding Directing Officer (CDO) - The CEO of the company who answers directly to the Board of Directors. The position is currently held by Commander Bade Price.
